With temperatures dropping overnight the underfoot conditions around Coal Aston became very icy, making it unsafe to go ahead with the walk.
However, that didn’t stop the people who turned up enjoying a nice coffee and cake breakfast at Ferndale Garden Centre. Thanks to Peter and Graham for making sure that everyone was aware that the walk had been cancelled.
