With long summer evenings soon to be a distant memory, Graham’s walk from Troway Hall Farm is now our traditional way of marking our last Thursday evening walk on the Summer Programme.
Around thirty walkers gathered at the farm doing their best to shelter from the rain. As it happens the rain didn’t become too serious and we all had a very enjoyable 3 mile walk around Troway.
After the walk, we enjoyed a marvellous meal provided by the staff at Troway Hall farm and to round off the evening John Ellis presented us with his quiz “People who have been famous for something within 20 miles of Dronnie”. This was number 76 in John’s series of quizzes. We are all looking forward to 77.
